Last year, Dr. Eva Feldman was named the James W. Albers Distinguished University Professor, the University of Michigan’s highest faculty honor. Dr. Feldman chose to name hers after her longtime friend and mentor, Dr. James Albers, U-M Professor Emeritus of Neurology, Psychiatry, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Celebration of the professorship culminated in the Distinguished Professor Lecture Series, hosted by Provost Laurie McCauley, where Dr. Feldman shared the stage with two fellow awardees, Drs. Ruth Behar and H.V. Jagadish.
