Veterans, Pollution and How They Relate to ALS

On Saturday, August 10, Dr. Eva Feldman sat down with Detroit Public Television’s Colleen O’Donnell on Facebook Live to talk about military veterans, environmental toxins, ALS, and how they are all related, ahead of the Monday airing of Collateral Damage, a documentary about the disease that Dr. Feldman was featured in.

LIVE with Dr. Eva Feldman of University of Michigan, Neurology Director of ALS Center of Excellence, discussing latest research showing Michigan has the highest rate of ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) in the U.S., and what has been found in the blood of patients with the disease.

She is featured in the documentary “Collateral Damage” airing Monday at 10p ET.
